Hmm, it’s hard to know if you want to know about me or about my sex life, ha ha! So how about a little of both? Ive been married to John for 17 years; I'm a mother to 4 little ones; and I'm a missionary in Asia. I love the outdoors, reading, and Jesus!


I experienced sexual abuse as a 4 year old and that shaped a lot of my sexuality. I learned that sexual touch felt good…but was dirty. From that very young age, I associated pleasure with abuse. My sexual journey has been one of addressing misconceptions and mis-use, and of re-programming my body and mind to a biblical sexuality.


God and I aren’t done yet, but I am experiencing deep transformation in this area and beyond. Plus, my husband is happier and happier which says a whole lot! Our marriage bed is becoming the pure, joyous, and reflective picture it was meant to be. My goal in blogging about our sexuality as women is to fortify the ground I have taken, gain new ground, and perhaps encourage another along the way.
