Oh, let's see...
About me...First of all, Shula is not my real name. Before joining the Zest team, my husband and I talked and decided that it would be best to have a pen name. Since I hope to follow in Shulamith's footsteps, I chose to borrow part of her name.

Like Solomon's Shulamith, I love my husband. Aside from God, he's the fire in my life and has been for a couple of decades. To make things easy, I'll just call him Sol—short for Solomon. He really is a very wise man and I really do like him—every inch of him and just about everything about him. Those few things that get on my nerves? Well, they just make me appreciate all the other things that I love about him more. :-)

I was saved as a little girl and grew up in a Christian home. I'm acquainted with full-time Christian service and the business world, and I thank God for where He has me right now. Sol and I have children that keep us busy, are active in our local church, and fight just like so many others do. Is our bedroom constantly smoldering? No, but it sure does occasionally. Have we got this marriage thing all figured out? Not even close! We know that marriage is a journey and we strive to always keep moving forward.

You'll find me at the Adding Zest group –a better place for me to be posting about what's near and dear to my heart: loving our husbands. Since my posts tend to be graphic, hands on discussion and instruction, I'll be sticking to the group, for the most part. I hope to see you there! Be sure to stop by my page and say hi, jump into a discussion, and join some groups. Since it's a private group, Patty won't be so nervous about what's said and loonies stopping by the blog here. Much safer. Not only that, but we don't want this kind of information just hanging around where kids could stumble across it, which is one reason why you haven't seen me around much.
