Great blog. I've been a follower of Heidi's for some time. This is definitely needed in today's society.
So many people have a distorted, broken view of sex.

We're looking at sex & sexuality from a biblical, godly view in church at the moment and I really think we need more of this.
Well done for allowing God to use you both to tackle it.

Can't wait to see what comes of this!! How awesome this will be. I feel that even in this day of women having independence that we still have a hard time taking with the sexual issue.
How to initiate while making the husband feel like the leader and other issues. This is going to really be great!!

Would you possibly think about addressing the topic of what happens when chronic illness gets in the way of "bedroom time" ? And how to keep things "spicy" regardless of that? Thanks so much for considering it!
I remember a sermon a few years ago by one of our assistant pastors, we have 20. (I am from a huge but wonderful church). He was preaching about Ruth and Boaz and how obedience to God's plan brought them together. He applied this to our relationship to God. One comment he made just hung in the air crying for more time. This is my best recollection of what he said: "When Ruth showed up on the threshing floor and laid down at Boaz's feet, I believe he got really excited and passionate about that. Boaz is a type of Christ and Ruth a type of the Church. God gets excited and passionate when we submit ourselves to Him. That may suprise some of you or make you feel uncomfortable, but think about it."
I know that sex is holy and set apart by God for our blessing. Satan has done a good job of convincing us that it was all his idea. The attitudes of our culture have become so perverted, it is hard not to become affected by that kind of thinking even in a Christian marriage.
I applaud you ladies for what you are undertaking and I look forward to being challenged.
I believe young mothers would benefit from some discussion about how they can train their children from infancy to have a healthy respect for their bodies and the wonder and beauty God has created. Sometimes in our efforts to teach modesty, we instead teach shame. It is a delicate balance and must be bathed in prayer.
